Yes. Once the application is submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt of the application and advising when to expect a response.
Schools are selected on a first come, first qualified basis while ensuring event capacity and participation criteria are met.
Selected schools will receive an official confirmation email notifying them of their participation.
Approved schools will be asked to submit the names of participating students and chaperones for final event coordination.
Yes. Participating schools may receive a confirmation package outlining event logistics, expectations, event start times and what students can expect throughout the experience.
