Inspire Her was created to empower the next generation of women by providing a space where ambition, leadership and opportunity come together. What began as a single event has grown into a platform that connects young girls, emerging professionals and established leaders through authentic conversations, shared experiences and meaningful relationships.
By bringing together women from diverse industries and backgrounds, Inspire Her creates an environment where attendees are encouraged to dream bigger, lead with confidence and pursue opportunities without limitation.
Women and girls often face limited access to mentorship, professional networks and visible role models who reflect their aspirations. Inspire Her exists to help bridge that gap.
Our mission is to create transformative experiences that equip women and girls with the confidence, knowledge, connections and inspiration to pursue their goals, overcome barriers and lead with purpose. Through storytelling, education and community, we are building a generation of women who are empowered to create opportunities for themselves and those who follow.
Five years. One vision. A growing movement empowering women and girls across The Bahamas.
Inspire Her launched with a simple but powerful mission: to create a space where women could connect, learn and be inspired through authentic stories and meaningful conversations.
Inspire Her is a signature initiative of the Cable Cares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Cable Bahamas Group dedicated to strengthening communities through education, innovation, and opportunity.
One of the Foundation’s core priorities is expanding access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) for girls and young women. By providing mentorship, educational resources, and meaningful experiences, the Foundation is committed to helping close the gender gap in technology and creating pathways to future careers.
Inspire Her brings that vision to life by connecting young girls and women with industry leaders, mentors, and organisations that inspire confidence, encourage innovation, and create opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Every Inspire Her experience is designed to leave you with more than inspiration you’ll gain practical insights, meaningful connections and renewed confidence to take the next step in your journey.
